These exclusive private spaces within our 4-Trident resorts offer all the features of a 5-Trident resort: exclusive, tailored services offering the full flavour of luxury in seven destinations around the world: Cancun, Punta Cana, Kani, Val d’Isère, Valmorel, Sinai Bay and Marrakech Le Riad.
Club Med Villas: ownership of a luxury villa in an exceptional location
The pioneering spirit of Club Med has now made it possible to buy an exceptional freehold villa as part of a totally unique construction programme.
Far more than mere holiday homes, Club Med Chalet-Apartments and Villas offer a luxury holiday experience that welcomes every family into a private world of escape.
The first of these programmes involves the construction of only 40 villas on a 12-hectare site alongside the 5-Trident La Plantation d’Albion Resort, on the west coast of Mauritius. These single-storey villas come ready furnished and decorated, each with its own infinity pool, on plots averaging 1,800 m2. Three categories of villa are offered for sale: 180 m2 (2 bedrooms), 241 m2 (3 bedrooms) and 296 m2 (4 bedrooms), ranging in cost from €993,000 to €2 million (excluding taxes).
The second programme offers 80 Chalet-Apartments in Valmorel. Prices range from €546,000 to €1,306,000 for the most spacious.

Villa and chalet-apartment owners will enjoy six weeks every year of free access to the La Plantation d’Albion 5-Trident resort, as well as an income generated handing the management and maintenance of their investment to Club Med.
